Linda Karatzas

Ms. Karatzas received her LEED AP
in Commercial Interiors in 2007.
She received her LEED ID+C
(Interior Design and Construction)
in 2010. She has 20+ years
experience in designing interiors
of both residential and commercial
interiors. She has worked overseas
for a number of years where she has
obtained another perspective on
design. Ms. Karatzas is responsible
for space planning, material selections,
designing and budgets for the clients,
as well as, tracking and follow-up
of the projects at GREEN OF.

Marina Ferrero

As a designer, Marina has
architectural and graphic design
experience in a wide range of
projects. Having worked both
in the United States and
Argentina, she understands how
knowledge in construction and
materials adds richness to the
design of spaces. Designing
spaces that seamlessly integrate
with built environments,
aesthetics, and timelessness
are some things she is interested
in exploring with clients.
